FOUR LA TANIA CATERED CHALETS.
RIGHT NEXT TO THE PISTE.
RELAXED AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE .
Welcome to La Tania Catered Chalets
Winter in the UK can seem, well, a bit gloomy. And long. A week (or two!) in the crisp Alpine air, the freedom of a freshly groomed piste early in the morning, and the exhilaration of a sunny day on fresh snow, mixed in with a bit of home-from-home comfort is certain to dispel any winter blues.
The small but perfectly formed Ski First Tracks team are looking forward to warmly welcoming you to our La Tania chalets for a relaxed and friendly catered ski holiday in the Three Valleys.
We’re a family run business, so not only are we there to guide you through your booking and advise about skiing in the Three Valleys, we’ll be there with you in La Tania as well – Jonty, Melinda and Ted are all chalet hosts. This means that the people who talk to you when you contact us are also the people who look after you in our La Tania catered chalets.
We love La Tania!
It’s the best kept secret of the 3 Valleys! At 1400m, La Tania (LT to its friends) is a unique and friendly resort, sheltered by a spruce forest, nestling between Courchevel and Meribel, with quick access via the Tania gondola to (arguably) the largest ski area in the world.
You can ski back into the village using one of three great pistes: Plan Fontaine, a gentle green, perfect for beginners, which winds down through the woods, Folyères, an exciting blue, which is usually everyone’s friend, but in some conditions can be a bit grumpy and Moretta Blanche, which along with Lanches and Bouc Blanc, is a superb long run from ‘the top’ (Col de la Loze) and worthy of its red status.
Our four La Tania catered chalets, Chalet Ava, Chalet Amber, Chalet Isla and Chalet Jacqueline are all very close to each other and are a two-minute flat walk to the piste.
