Book your winter holiday with us with complete peace of mind.
We all want to get back on the slopes, but if we were booking a holiday for next winter, we would be nervous. There are a couple of very important questions we would want answered before we booked (or, at least, parted with any money).
How can I be sure I will be safe?
We have taken the decision that all our guests must show us evidence that they have been fully vaccinated before they visit us. More details on our Coronavirus vaccination policy can be found here. We may change our policy as more evidence emerges about the course of the pandemic, if guidance is issued, or if legislation is introduced.
If I can’t take up my holiday because of Coronavirus, will I get my money back?
If the UK or French governments, or the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional legislature, take action leading to confinement and the closure of the Courchevel ski area, or the total closure of the ski lifts in the Courchevel ski area, or which prevents travel to the Courchevel ski area, we will offer you either a full refund of any monies paid in respect of your accommodation with us, or the opportunity to book the same week for the 2022/23 season at the same price.
Unless you have booked and paid for them through us with our partners, we will not refund any amounts you have paid for flights, transfers, lift passes, ski equipment, ski school or any other items.
We really don’t want you to be worried, so, please, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
